A fresh new year!  I have set some goals for myself that I’m hoping will just become habit.

  • Follow the 8-week challenge plan, changing:
    • 5 exercise days to 4
  • Train with Liezel at least twice per week
    • This can be combined with my exercise days (i.e. walking)
  • Weekly housekeeping schedule
    • Thoroughly clean two rooms each week
  • Once weekly blogging

 

I considered blogging goals like following a certain number of blogs or attempting to gain a certain number of followers, but my husband pointed out that the whole purpose of this blog was to release anxiety through writing.  He is right, it is to help me release…so why make it something stressful!
